About Us

Founded in 2009, Zare Paralegal Services Professional Corporation is dedicated to the advocacy of injured and disabled individuals across Southern Ontario.

This firm was established by Michelle Zare, a licensed Paralegal with over a decade of experience in the field of WSIB law. With an educational background in social justice, Michelle started her practice with a vision to provide guidance and assistance to those who cannot advocate for themselves – social justice in action. However, she does not do it alone! Michelle has a stellar team of licensed paralegals, as well as support staff, who work together to manage our clients’ matters effectively. More importantly, each member of the team shares Michelle’s dedication and vision when it comes to the clients we serve. We understand how stressful the experience of a work injury can be. Every case is personal for us, and at Zare Paralegal Services, you are never just a claim number.

Our office is located on the 7th floor of the Standard Life Building at Jackson Square in Hamilton. It is accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance to the building, and elevator access to our floor. We welcome individuals who use assistive devices or who are accompanied by a service animal or a support person. We offer consultations, and evening and weekend appointments by request.
